Thank you for choosing us for your meal prep needs! We’re committed to delivering fresh, delicious meals straight to your door in a timely and reliable manner. Please review our shipping policy below.
Shipping Areas
We currently deliver to select areas in the DFW region. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your area, please enter your zip code at checkout or contact our support team.
Delivery Schedule
You can select your preferred delivery date at checkout, based on your location. We aim to deliver all orders within the selected delivery window, typically between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM on the chosen day.
Orders must be placed 24-hours days before their anticipated delivery date.
Shipping and Delivery acceptance
We use our own delivery team to ensure your meals remain fresh in transit. All meals are delivered in insulated packaging with ice packs to maintain safe temperatures during delivery.
Once your order has been delivered to the address provided, responsibility for the package and its contents transfers to you. We recommend refrigerating your meals immediately upon receipt to maintain freshness and safety.
Order Cut-Offs & Lead Times
To ensure freshness and efficient planning:
Orders placed after the cutoff time will be scheduled for the following days delivery.
Subscription customers will be billed and scheduled automatically each week based on their initial preferences.
Delivery Instructions
At checkout, you can leave specific instructions for your delivery (e.g., gate code, leave at door, etc.).
Note: If no one is available to receive the delivery, your package will be left at your doorstep or designated delivery spot.
Missed Deliveries
If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address, missing gate code, or inability to access the location, the order will be marked as delivered and no refunds or re-deliveries will be issued. Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery information is accurate and accessible at checkout.
Cancellations & Refunds
Because our meals are made fresh to order, all sales are final once the order cutoff date has passed. If you need to modify or cancel an order before that 48-hour cutoff, please contact us at info@verokitchen.com.
